From September 10th to 12th, 2018 Saint-Gobain ZirPro, in co-operation with Sumitomo, recognized as the leader in Injection Molding equipment, exhibited at the CMPE 2018 (China Mobile Process Expo) in Dongguan，Guangdong province. Total 135 relevant companies presented within an exhibition area of 11,000 square meters. This expo was organized specifically for ceramics processing and manufacturing of mobile phone backboard, middle frame and structural component, which attracted finally 17,000 professional visitors during those three days.
This expo was a good opportunity for ZirPro to present its ceramic feedstock solution –ZirPound, and confirm ZirPound excellent suitability to be used in the manufacturing of the future generations of smartphone casings. In addition, ZirPound attracted the interest of traditional polymer injection molding company which considers ceramic injection molding as the future of injection molding!
