The company is located at No. 45 Wenjing Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, and the legal representative is Javier Gimeno. The production process is PVC process (primer-preheat-injection-trimming-packaging) and PU process (glass coating, baking, preheating, injection molding, trimming, packaging). The raw materials used are automobile glass, PU paste (170 tons/year), PVC plastic (738 tons/year) and the like. In the production process, the volatilization of the glue and the heating of the plastic will produce toxic and harmful substances. We installed activated carbon gas purification and drainage facilities to protect the occupational health of the personnel and protect the atmospheric environment. For the emitted gases, we regularly check every year. The gases emitted are non-methane total hydrocarbons, benzene, toluene and xylene. The test results are far less than the national standard DB31/933-2015. For the disposal of hazardous waste, we are responsible for the regular transfer and disposal by a qualified third party. Our company has always implemented environmental risk prevention and control measures in accordance with the law.
